I hope so, for his sake.
Yesterday, the man of the hour, Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, claimed that the white flag campaign (kempen Bendera Putih) to assist those in dire need of help was the work of someone crazy and stupid.
Yes, this is coming from a man who claims that the government is handling the Covid-19 crisis well, that everything is going smoothly.
By that token, he may as well have told us that Malaysia is the best performing country in the world and that representatives from the World Health Organisation (WHO) will be arriving tomorrow to learn how we managed the Covid-19 crisis so well.
I mean, if you really want to bulls*t, why not go all the way?
So either this Sanusi fellow does not know that we’re almost back to square one, i.e., back to the number of daily cases that triggered the “Total Lockdown,” or thinks that the higher the number of cases, the better.
That’s right, we almost hit 7,000 daily cases yesterday after almost five weeks of a “Lockdown” that was nowhere near a Lockdown by any measure of any known standard, let alone a “Total Lockdown.”
Yet, Sanusi thinks that the “Lockdown” is successful, that the government is doing great.
I’m betting that Sanusi actually thinks that the number of daily cases is a “performance index” of sorts, that the higher the number, the “better” the performance.
No?
Then maybe he’s on weed.
