Lim Guan Eng has denied that the Penang state govt has neglected affordable homes for Bumiputeras in the state,
He proudly said that the Penang state government had spent RM59.8 million on public housing for Bumiputeras.
He said RM44 million was spent on purchasing 320 units of low-medium cost homes at Jalan S P Chelliah in George Town.
Also, 39 kampung houses will be built in Kampung Tok Suboh, Bukit Mertajam while 41 kampung houses will be built in Kampung Kepala Gajah, Seberang Perai Selatan, respectively at a cost of RM4.5 million each.
Fuh!! That’s a lot of houses – a grand total of 400 affordable housing units for bumiputeras.
400 units! So many. Where got neglect?
Must not be a lot of bumiputeras in Penang.

75. The Bandar Cassia affordable housing project will be completed by the end of this year. 39 and 41 kampung houses will be built for the kampong folks in Kampung Tok Suboh, Bukit Mertajam and Kampung Kepala Gajah, Seberang Perai Selatan, respectively at a cost of RM4.5 million each.
